What are my sales tax and shipping costs?
State sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during your ordering process. Sales tax depends on which state you live in. Shipping charges will depend on which method you choose.

What is the delivery time?
Expect 2-4 weeks for delivery of order, unless backordered. You will be immediately notified of backorder(s). Note: If you need a product quickly, you have the option to use faster shipping when you place your order. Please allow 24 hours for packing of all orders, even those you choose to send via overnight shipping.

Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your product. To find out where your package is, simply call or go to the web page of the company who is carrying your package (below) and enter your tracking number. You cannot track packages through the U.S. Mail.

Oops, I bought the wrong size
If you bought the wrong size, do not wear the clothing! Return it to the address below. Pink Pea will pay shipping to send out the correct size. We do not reimburse for shipping costs to return the article of clothing to Webgistix. Please note that we cannot make exchanges for clothing that has been worn.
